On behalf of the World Congress Steering and Organization Committees, it is a great honor and a pleasure inviting you to the 7th World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery which will be held on July 16 - 21, 2017 in Barcelona.
The World Congress of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery (WCPCCS) truly represents the "Olympics” for healthcare professionals caring for patients with pediatric and congenital cardiac disease. This congress will provide a unique opportunity for members of industry to support this global effort to improve on current outcomes and reduce the burden of heart disease in children and young adults by providing an international forum for exchanging ideas, developing best practices, and placing a heavy emphasis on developing technology.
7th WCPCCS's motto "bridging together” emphasizes once again the importance of collaboration between the specialty congenital cardiac groups which will eventually lead to improved care and outcomes for children with congenital and acquired heart disease. The WCPCCS 2017 Mobile App provides instant access to the information attendees need to hand in the build up to and onsite at the congress. Featuring the WCPCCS 2017 Exhibitor List, Congress Programme, latest news and much more, the App allows you to create a highly targeted campaign right in to the hands of your prospects.
The company logo will be used at the Mobile Application.
INFORMATION BOARDS AND SIGNALIZATIONS
The company logo will be used on the information and signalization boards. There will be around 10 boards.
CONCIERGE DESK (Exclusive Opportunity)
This desk which will be located in the heart of the venue is an essential store of key information and an excellent way for your advertisement to gain good coverage. From the things to see on the congress, to where to find a session, to simply getting around Barcelona - participants don't leave home without the Concierge Desk. Fluently English speaking staff with your company's t-shirt (should be provided by the company) will be assisting to all participants providing errand services and information services for the WCPCCS 2017 participants.
WATER COOLERS (Exclusive Opportunity)
Water coolers will provide free water between courses and sessions to all WCPCCS 2017 participants. The company will be entitled to have their logo on the all coolers around the venue.

All speakers and delegates will be required to report to the Speakers' Preview room to ensure that their presentations are previewed and uploaded to a central server. CONGRESS BAG INSERT
Promote your product at the WCPCCS 2017 Congress or simply advertise your company's services by including a single flyer or brochure (max. size A5 format with max. 8 pages) in the congress bag of each participant. The flyers and/or brochures will be provided by the company.
POCKET GUIDE (Exclusive Opportunity)
The guide will be handed out to all participants. It includes a short overview of the congress program, opening hours etc.

to support any of the sessions listed in the program, please contact us as soon as possible.

LUNCH SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM
(Subject to confirmation of the organizing committee)
The satellite symposium consisting of presentations will be organized at time slots approved by the scientific committee.
Companies interested to organize a satellite symposium are obliged to provide catering.
Including;
- 60 minutes session at the congress center
- Room Rental & Set-up
- Standard technical A/V equipment
- Symposium invitation cards will be placed in the congress bags. Invitation cards will be provided by the company.
MEETING AND HOSPITALITY ROOM HIRE
The WCPCCS holds an allocation of meeting and banqueting rooms at the Centre Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB) which can be hired for corporate meetings, hospitality and/or social functions.
Staff Meetings/Hospitality:
Corporate meetings are considered to be meetings of company employees, representatives and/or affiliates and are therefore permissible during the hours of the World Congress.

Please note that corporate social events including luncheons, receptions, dinners or any other hospitality function where no scientific presentation is made. Such events MUST NOT conflict with the main scientific or social programme of the World Congress.

An extensive exhibition will be mounted enabling delegates to review the latest products and service adding to the overall educational experience.
- Allocation of 9 square meter booth (only space)

The space requirements will be confirmed on first come first served basis after the space allocation of Platinum, Diamond and Gold sponsors.
The exhibition fee includes:
- 1 banquet table and 2 chairs.
- Daily cleaning of the general exhibition area, excluding the booths themselves, under the exhibitor's own responsibility
- Surveillance of the public areas of the exhibition excluding the booths themselves, which are under the exhibitor's own responsibility
- A number of exhibitor's registration:

- For 27sqm space: 4 company member
- The exhibitor badges will be issued for the exhibiting company members only
- The exhibit badges entitle exhibitors to attend the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and the exhibition area.

Rules of Participation:
- This exhibition manual will include all necessary information such as extra furniture, A/V, catering options, customs, storage, set up & dismantling etc.
- Each exhibitor is, and will be, obliged to adhere to all of the rules and regulations outlined in the Exhibition Manual which will be valid throughout the course of the exhibition and govern the ways and means of the use of the Venue, as well as all facilities and equipment related to the event. Each exhibitor is responsible for making his/her representatives and employees familiar with the content of these conditions. The exhibitor will be liable for any damages resulting from the exhibitors failure to acquaint his/her representatives and employees with the rules. If any confusion concerning the application of these rules arises, the Exhibition Management is entitled to make the final decision.
Insurance:
Insurance is under the participating exhibitor's responsibility.
Set Up/Dismantling Passes:
Throughout the set-up and dismantling periods of the exhibition, all suppliers and employees who will not be taking part in the exhibition itself are requested to wear Set-up/Dismantling Passes. Without these passes no one will be admitted into the exhibition area.
